Based on the cuisine of northern India, Pickle is the creation of multi-award winning chef Sunil Ghai and restaurateur Benny Jacob. In a relaxed fun space that marries Dublin with Bollywood and the foodie streets of Calcutta, diners can choose between Gupshup (small plates), Tandoori Chakhna (chops & game) and Desi Khana (curries & biryani), all tied together with traditional zingy pickle and contemporary twists on classical Indian condiments and sides. Ghai’s focus is flavour, built around the best available locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
